The DOD’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program recently launched the Military Spouse Career Accelerator Pilot (MSCAP) partnering with Deloitte and Hiring Our Heroes. This new opportunity will place military spouses into a 12 week, PAID fellowships with employers across the country and remotely. The goal of this initiative is to see mispouse participants move from fellow to full-time at the conclusion of their fellowship.
