Coordinating Instructions:
- Participate as feasible, all levels of fitness are welcome
- Bring your own Ranger Buddy for the session; Kettlebell, Dumbbell, Object, etc. (Prescribed weight is 53lb Male, 35lb Female- adjust to your level)
- Bring your own water/hydration
- Register in time to have your 2024 Mog Mile T-shirt
- 10:00 AM Rally Time, prep for the event
- 11:00 AM Start Time Mog Mile DC '24
