Russell "Huck" Hamler’s interment will be Friday, January 19, 2024, at 12:30 EST PM at the National Cemetery of The Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA.

The 75th Ranger Regiment is supporting and there will also be a “Once an Eagle” Ceremony involving all current and former Rangers. 

Wear your Black or Tan Beret, based on your era. Dress appropriately to honor this legend on whose shoulders we stand.

When the modern Ranger Battalions were reformed in 1974, the 5307th was our only lineage and the basis for the DUI, beret flash, airborne wings background, etc.
