DAVID WHITE
Dave White joined the Ranger Regiment shortly after 9/11 and served eighteen years, deploying fourteen times in support of the Global War on Terror. Dave medically retired after an injury sustained in combat. He struggled in his transition because he felt some of the models out there did not account for the personal and lifelong journey that is military transition. He partnered with a leader in HR talent acquisition, who spent three decades leading HR teams in global companies, to build a framework for transitioning military members once they land their first job.
Dave and his coauthor founded a nonprofit in order to provide their book and training course at no cost to veterans. He is a PhD candidate at Case Western Reserve University, holds his executive MBA from Ohio State University, and lives in Huron, Ohio with his wife and two children.
