Sentinels of Freedom is a national nonprofit organization that helps severely wounded post-9/11 veterans complete their higher education. Veterans receive comprehensive personal support and financial assistance to achieve success in their post-military careers.


Global SOF Foundation’s platform of mutually supporting and networked non-governmental programs that enable special operations personnel transitioning from military service to civilian employment. SOF for Life programs help prepare transitioning personnel above what the government provides.


Service to School (S2S) helps veterans gain admission to the best college for them while empowering each veteran to make informed decisions about their education. S2S pairs veterans with mentors, called Ambassadors, to work together on areas of the college or graduate school application. These include reviewing transcripts, editing and reviewing essays and personal statements, preparing for school interviews, helping with networking opportunities, direct connection with Admissions Officers and much more. Currently, S2S has over 400 Ambassadors working with the next generation of veteran college and graduate school applicants.


The Special Operators Transition Foundation, (SOTF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides Special Operations Forces (SOF) veterans curated assistance to transition them from their military service to their next successful career.


Veterans In Fire (VIF) was founded on the belief that there is no greater service than service to others. Fire helps continue that service. Saving lives on both sides, starting with the Veteran. Through individualized mentoring, training, and professional guidance, VIF aims to place Veterans back in fight, on the best fire crews in the country to ensure they continue to have the opportunity to succeed, and serve others.


Operation New Uniform (ONU) empowers Veterans to successfully transition from military service to a purposeful civilian career through a systematic training program, access to ongoing support/resources, and engagement with a community of Veterans and business professionals. 97% of ONU Veterans who complete the program find a career within 4 months of completion. All free of charge to the Veteran.


Still Serving Veterans offers a variety of services to help Veterans with employment, accessing their VA benefits and getting connected with the resources they need to build meaningful lives after military service.  SSV serves veterans, transitioning military service members, members of the National Guard & Reserves and military spouses. All services are provided at no cost to any veteran or family member.


ACP’s free Mentoring Program connects post-9/11 veterans, active duty spouses and eligible military spouses (Protégés) with corporate professionals (Mentors) for customized mentorships. ACP assists veterans and eligible spouses on their path towards fulfilling, long-term careers, whether the veteran is job searching or newly employed. 

ACP's Industry Exploration Webcast Series consists of hourlong sessions featuring a panel of employees across different divisions within the company. Company employees will provide an overview of career paths and the hiring process and answer questions from veterans nationwide. After the event, veterans are invited to apply for open positions.


Vetlign gets Veterans, transitioning military, and their spouses to the right job opportunities automatically, without the language, cultural, and word search barriers that plague present job searches.


Geo Owl’s Military Transition Program (MTP) is designed to help service members and their families ease the burden of transitioning out of the military into civilian life. Most of Geo Owl Team Members are veterans or military spouses and know what it's like to make the transition. PHALANX is built on the foundations established by the Ranger for Life (RFL) program. RFL was created to prime Rangers for continued success in all their endeavors beyond the Regiment. PHALANX will enable Rangers to not only have successful careers within the organization, but in jumpstarting those to a successful post-military journey mentally, physically and professionally. RFL will assist in the continued progression of all Rangers post unit service.


Transition Azimuth Check [TrAC]: Special Operations Service Members and Partners participate in unique workshop set in a remote location in southwest Montana. The workshop, staffed by Special Operations veterans, business leaders, and transition experts, guides participants through their lives of service, the difficult decisions surrounding transition, and the challenging landscape of returning to the civilian sector through a mix of outdoor activities, conversations, and guided solution-focused processes. Participants learn what it means to enjoy a healthy transition, find purpose beyond uniform, and create meaningful impact in their personal lives, families, and community.


Elite Meet is a 501 (c)(3) organization that supports members of the various Special Operations community as they transition from military service by connecting them with leaders in the business sector. A network-centric organization, Elite Meet promotes the extraordinary value and leadership experience of elite transitioning Veterans to premier organizations through a series of conferences, events and a digital community. Operation Warfighter (OWF) is a Department of Defense (DoD) internship program that provides opportunities for Recovering Service Members (RSMs) to participate in internships with Federal agencies during their rehabilitation process. These Federal internships allow RSMs to develop and practice newly assessed and identified work skills in a nonmilitary work environment. Learn more HERE.
